1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in (including via Aizu Sphere SSO), generating an API key, or calling our API, you are deemed to agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Aizu Nexus provides:

• OpenAI-compatible API at https://nexus.aaizu.id/v1 (e.g. /v1/chat/completions, /v1/models).
• Access to various AI models via model aliases, so backends can be swapped without changing client code.
• Streaming support (if enabled on your package), usage analytics, rate limiting, and API key management via dashboard.
• Account packages with request, token, and API key quotas.

Upstream model providers and routing may change. Model availability, latency, and output quality may vary and are not absolutely guaranteed.

3. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate registration data (username, email, password) or sign in with a valid Aizu Sphere account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Self-registered accounts start on the Basic (Free) package, unless set otherwise by an administrator.
• One person or organization must not create multiple free accounts solely to circumvent quotas or rate limits.

4. API Keys & Access

• API keys are personal credentials. Store them securely. Keys are hashed when stored and typically only displayed once when created.
• Do not share, publish, or sell API keys. Activity through a key is attributed to the account owner.
• You can create, rename, and revoke keys within your package limits from the dashboard.
• We reserve the right to revoke keys that are leaked, misused, or associated with violations of these Terms.
• Integrate only via the official base URL and endpoints. Do not attempt to access internal proxies, admin panel, or other users' data.

5. Plans, Quotas & Payments

Public packages and current limits (per platform configuration; subject to change):

• Daily and per-minute limits also apply per your package (or admin-set overrides).
• Paid packages are billed in Rupiah (IDR) monthly through the platform payment flow (if enabled). Prices on the homepage and dashboard apply.
• The God package is for administrators only and is not sold to the public.
• Quotas reset per platform policy (typically daily/monthly window). If quota is exhausted, the API may return rate-limit/quota errors until reset or you upgrade.
• We may adjust package features, pricing, or limits with reasonable notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated commercial terms.
• Refunds (if any) are reviewed case-by-case for unused paid periods and do not apply to API usage already consumed.

6. Permitted Use

You must not use Aizu Nexus for:

• Circumventing, abusively stress-testing, or evading rate limits, quotas, authentication, or security controls.
• Spam, mass scraping, or automation that harms the Service or third parties.
• Generating or distributing illegal content, malware, fraud, or material that infringes on others' rights.
• Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt systems, logs, other users' accounts, API keys, or data.
• Reselling, white-labeling, or redistributing API access/keys without prior written permission.
• Presenting AI output as human work where disclosure obligations apply by law, or using the Service in regulated high-risk contexts without adequate human oversight.

You must also comply with the fair use policies of upstream model providers called through this Service.

7. Privacy, Logs & Data

• We store account data necessary to operate the Service (e.g. username, email, package, hashed password or SSO identity, API key metadata).
• We log usage metadata for billing, quota, security, and analytics — including timestamps, model/alias, token counts, latency, status codes, and related metrics.
• Prompt and completion contents are not stored by default for normal operations. Upstream providers or intermediary routers may process request content to fulfill calls; their retention policies may differ.
• Do not send secrets, others' personal data, or regulated data via the API unless you have a legal basis and accept residual processing risk.
• Account email and credentials are treated as confidential and used for authentication, security notifications, and service-related communications.

8. Single Sign-On (Aizu Sphere)

You can sign in with Aizu Sphere (aaizu.net). If so:

• We receive basic profile information needed for authentication (such as username, email, and role attributes) via the Aizu SSO flow.
• Use of Aizu Sphere remains subject to Aizu Sphere's own terms and privacy practices.
• Connecting or disconnecting SSO does not remove your obligation to secure local credentials or active API keys.

9. AI Output & Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• AI model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsafe. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
• We do not guarantee uptime, specific latency, full parity with the original provider's API, or uninterrupted access. Maintenance and upstream outages may occur.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from use of the Service or model output.

10. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts, keys, or access that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or abuse infrastructure — with or without prior notice in serious cases.
• You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through support channels. Some logs and billing records may be retained for security, audit, or legal compliance.
• Upon termination, API access ends; unused paid periods may be handled per the refund policy above.

11. Changes to Service or Terms

We may update these Terms, package limits, available models, or features. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
